Jessica Dama Anderson

Jessica Dama Anderson has a diverse work experience in both the finance and retail industries. Jessica is currently working at Q4 as a Senior Director, Client Success. Previously, they held various leadership roles at CIBC, including Senior Director, Client Solutions and Support, where they managed a national team and multiple business clients. Jessica also served as a Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing fraud management and leading strategic planning and project activities. Before CIBC, Jessica worked at Canadian Tire as a Strategy Consultant and Lead Category Analyst, where they developed category strategies and managed global suppliers. Jessica also contributed to product innovation and implemented marketing plans. Overall, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills throughout their career.

Jessica Dama Anderson has completed an Honours BBA degree with a focus on Marketing in the Co-op Program at Wilfrid Laurier University. Jessica also holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
