Keith Reed

Keith Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Q4, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at VersaPay from July 2020 to December 2022. From October 2018 to February 2020, Keith was the Chief Operating Officer at Keap, and also held the positions of Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at different times within the company. Before that, they were the SVP / GM SMB at magicJack from December 2015 to January 2017. Keith spent a significant part of their career at Intuit, where they held various positions such as Vice President, Americas Sales and Marketing, VP of Channel Marketing and Sales, Vice President of Sales, and Director of Retail and OEM Sales. Keith also worked at Sprint PCS as a Regional Indirect Sales Manager and at PageNet as an Account Manager.

Keith Reed attended UC Santa Barbara from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
