Jane Hilliker

Jane Hilliker has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Jane began their career at Plessey in 1982, where they gained training and experience in manufacturing. Jane then transitioned to Computervision in 1990 as an HR Director before moving on to Global One in 1993, where they held the same role. At Global One, Jane successfully merged three different cultures into one cohesive entity. In 1999, they joined Dolphin Telecom as a VP of HR before joining PTC in 2001 as the HR Director. Since 2003, Jane has held the position of VP of HR - EMEA at QAD, a global software company providing ERP solutions for manufacturing. Their role at QAD is not confined to traditional HR responsibilities and involves managing the HR team in EMEA under the supervision of the SVP of Europe.

Jane Hilliker holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Warwick. Jane also has a certification in BPS - Level A&B from The British Psychological Society.
