Scott Sherman

Scott Sherman has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Scott currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Digital HR & People Operations at QAD, where they developed and implemented a five-year talent acquisition strategy. Prior to their current role, Scott was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sodexo, where they oversaw recruitment strategy and operational leadership for technical services across all segments in North America. Scott also has experience as a Principal/Consultant at Talent Solutions, Branch Manager at Volt Services Group, Corporate Recruiter at Polycom, and Technical Lead Recruiter at Volt Computer Services.

Scott Sherman has an MBA in Business from the University of Colorado Denver, obtained between 2001 and 2003. Scott also holds a BA in Communications from the University of Washington, obtained between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they have several certifications including Internet Black-belt - Sourcing Ninja from Social Talent (obtained in 2015), CDR from AIRS (obtained in 2009), CIR from AIRS (obtained in 2007), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI (obtained in 2006), and Alpine Level 3 - Full Cert from PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors (obtained in 1999).
