Pascal Roucau

Pascal Roucau is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Head of Construction and Procurement at Qair Group since May 2018, where activities involve setting up procurement and construction teams. Previously, as Chief Technical Officer at Third Step from January 2016 to April 2018, responsibilities included overseeing technical operations and maintenance for solar PV projects across Asia. Prior roles featured leadership positions at URBASOLAR, La Compagnie du Vent (Groupe ENGIE), and Alstom Power, contributing significantly to project management and development in wind and solar energy.
