Gabriel Santos is an accomplished design professional with over a decade of experience in enhancing customer experiences and digital design. Currently serving as Senior Manager Experience & Service Design at Qantas since April 2010, Gabriel has played a pivotal role in improving the customer experience for over 2 million users across various platforms, achieving recognition for the Qantas app as a leading travel app in Australia. Gabriel's expertise includes building design practices from the ground up, integrating research and user testing, and establishing a solid design system within an Agile environment.
