Katrina Wurm

Katrina Wurm is an accomplished Executive Efficiency Coach, currently serving at Stress Free Super Mum since March 2020, where the focus is on helping female executives achieve work/life balance through empowerment and organization. Additionally, Katrina holds the position of Director and Efficiency Expert Coach for working mothers at MAW Consultancies Pty Ltd since January 2017. With extensive experience in customer service, Katrina has been a Customer Service Manager and Cabin Auditor for Qantas since February 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations from Victoria University, a Graduate Program in Applied Coaching from ACAP University College, and a recent ISO 9001:2015 Auditing certification from Southpac Aerospace.
