Nicolle Cattley

Nicolle Cattley is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in senior management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Manager in the Corporate People Group at Qantas since December 2021, Nicolle partners with executive leadership and supports a headcount of approximately 900. Prior to Qantas, Nicolle held the position of APAC Senior People Partner at CBRE, focusing on talent strategies across 12 countries. Additional experience includes key roles at Woolworths Group, Telstra, Network Rail, Mercer, Suncorp, South West Trains, and the Hotel Motel and Accommodation Association. Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Industrial Relations from the University of New England.
