Russell Smith

Russell Smith possesses extensive experience in customer service and interior design, beginning as a Customer Service Assistant at Shell Coles Express from 2003 to 2005. Subsequent roles include being an Interior Designer at Boulevarde Interiors (2006-2007) and Bollig Design Group (2007-2009), where project management and design skills were honed. Russell transitioned to retail management at DVD Heaven and later served as Warehouse Manager at Pet Pavilion. Since 2009, Russell has been with Qantas, taking on dual roles as a Cabin Crew Learning and Development Facilitator and Business and First Class Flight Attendant, focusing on training, customer experience, and operational support.
