César José Martínez Nogueira

César José Martínez Nogueira is an experienced IT professional with extensive background in technical support and programming. Currently serving as Soporte Técnico N2 at Qaracter since April 2023, César previously worked at Global Alumni as Técnico de Soporte Helpdesk and held various roles at Kores de Venezuela, including Programador. Additionally, César has over 16 years of experience as a Docente Universitario at Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Antonio José de Sucre, teaching a wide range of computer science courses.
