Gabby Franceschelli

Gabby Franceschelli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gabby is currently serving as the Global Head of People at Qarik Group, where they are responsible for leading the overall People strategy and overseeing a team of three HR professionals. Prior to this, Gabby worked at Bain Capital as a Director, leading Compensation for Global Shared Services and managing an annual budget of $130M for 700+ employees. Gabby also created the business's first long-term plan and provided headcount and budget projections.

Before Bain Capital, Gabby held positions at Snyk as the Global Head of Total Rewards & People Operations, where they successfully scaled the business and prepared people insights for the Compensation Committee and Board. Gabby also worked as a Total Rewards Manager, building out Total Rewards programs across multiple global offices and leading HRIS system integration.

Earlier in their career, Gabby worked at C Space as an Associate Director, HR, providing strategic oversight on People initiatives and implementing a new employee development platform. Gabby also served as an HR Business Partner and owned the employee engagement strategy, leading to a decrease in attrition.

Gabby's work experience also includes roles at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Work-Life Program Manager, where they created and launched the Work-Life Office and spearheaded improvements to the Parental Leave policy. Gabby also worked as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, designing job families and administering various health and welfare programs. Additionally, Gabby worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at the Broad Institute and began their career as a Recruiter at Randstad.

Gabby Franceschelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Suffolk University. Gabby has acquired the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
