Eric Frances

Eric Frances is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Head of Sales at Qarnot since May 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of VP Sales for France and BeNeLux at expert.ai from June 2021 to October 2023, and served as Head of Sales Northern Europe at TIBCO for a brief period in early 2021, leading sales teams during the transition from ibi to TIBCO. Eric's earlier roles include RVP Sales for France and Northern Europe at Information Builders, Founder and Sparring Partner at Growth Mojo, and Co-Founder & Managing Director at myPRM. Eric has also held positions at eGain Corporation, BMC Software, and Numara Software, where significant achievements in revenue growth and customer engagement were noted.
