JESS GOH

Jess Goh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Management Trainee at ACE Event Company, where they gained a deeper understanding of events and the relationship between academic study and internship training. In 2016, they became a Sales Executive at Hard Rock Hotel Penang, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction, internal processes, and developing new products and strategies. JESS then moved on to work as an Event Coordinator at Hertfordshire Malaysian Society from 2019 to 2020, organizing events and coordinating with team members. In 2020, Jess took on the role of Export Sales Representative at Sentury Tire (Thailand) Co. Ltd, where they sold products to customers in Southeast Asia, maintained positive business relationships, and coordinated logistics arrangements. In 2022, they joined Boss Boleh Cloud Company Secretary as a Business Development Executive and also held the position of Business Development cum Customer Service Executive at Eyesthethica Sdn Bhd, where they focused on understanding oculoplastic procedures and providing personalized service to patients. In 2023, they will be working as a Business Development Executive at Qashier.

Jess Goh has a diverse education history. In 2012, they enrolled at IACT College and pursued a diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they completed in 2014. Following this, they attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. Continuing their academic journey, Jess pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business at the University of Hertfordshire from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing Communications from IAA Uddannelser in April 2015 and a General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level from the University of Cambridge in November 2011.
