Marta Kütt's work experience begins in 2009, where they worked as a Comenius program English Teacher's Assistant for the British Council. In 2011, they joined Global Languages Limited as an Interpreter and also worked as a Leisure Centre Attendant at Aberdeen Sports Village Ltd. In 2014, they interned at the Office of the Gender Equality and Equal Treatment Commissioner. From 2014 to 2019, they held various roles at TransferWise, including Office Guru, Team and Travel Coordinator, Facilities Manager, and Global Facilities Manager. Their responsibilities included office management, team coordination, and organizing company events. Since 2019, they have been working at Qatalog, initially as an Operations and Business Associate, then as an Operations Manager, Principal Business Operations, and currently as Chief of Staff.
Marta Kütt has a diverse education history. Marta pursued their higher education beginning in 2006 at Banff and Buchan College, where they earned a HNC degree in Social Sciences in 2007. Following that, they attended the University of Aberdeen from 2007 to 2012 and attained an MA degree with a focus on Hispanic Studies and Sociology. Finally, in 2012-2013, Marta Kütt pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Aberdeen, earning a Master's Degree in the field of Sociology of Peace Processes.
