Henry

Henry Ma currently serves as the Acting VP of Strategy and Transformation at Qatar Airways, managing critical transformation programs within the Technical Division and supporting a fleet of over 220 aircraft. Previously, Henry held various roles at Qantas and QantasLink, including Senior Finance Business Partner and Manager of multiple divisions, where responsibilities spanned financial performance management, operational planning, and business strategy development. Notable projects include managing the B744 Cabin Reconfiguration Program and overseeing maintenance economics. Henry's extensive background in engineering and finance is complemented by an EMBA in Business Strategy from AGSM at UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UNSW.
