Kenneth Serota

Kenneth Serota is an experienced airport services professional with a career spanning over three decades in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Airport Services Manager at Qatar Airways since February 2009, Kenneth has held various roles within the company, including Airport Services Duty Officer and Airport Services Supervisor. Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Kenneth worked at Air Canada from April 1993 to November 2008 as an Airport Services Coordinator and held the position of Ramp Supervisor at Continental Airlines from April 1990 to April 1993. Kenneth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Texas A&M University, having previously studied at Pan American University from 1983 to 1985.
