Martha Tilahun Paulos

Martha Tilahun Paulos is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President Commercial at Qatar Airways since December 2011, Martha has held various significant roles, including Senior Manager Commercial Operations and Commercial Manager for Qatar. Previously, Martha spent over 22 years at Ethiopian Airlines, where responsibilities included Director of Marketing overseeing global advertising, sales promotions, and public relations, as well as country management for several regions including France, Algeria, Morocco, Tanzania, Zanzibar, and the Comoros. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Addis Ababa University and further studies at Harvard Business School.
