Rakesh Vijayan

Rakesh Vijayan has extensive experience in employee training and learning development, with a notable tenure as Manager of e-learning at Qatar Airways from August 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included training solutions across 21 skills. Prior roles at Qatar Airways included E-learning Instructional Designer Specialist and Training Specialist for Qatar Duty Free. Rakesh also served as Senior Instructional Designer at Flex from May 2014 to July 2017 and as an Instructional Designer at Accenture and Element K (now Skillsoft) between March 2012 and March 2012. Rakesh earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai from January 2006 to January 2010.
