Baiju Painadath

Baiju Painadath is a Senior Production Planning Engineer at Qatar Chemical Company, a joint venture of Chevron Phillips and Qatar Petroleum, with over two decades of experience in the chemical industry. Baiju has been in this role since March 2002, following a five-year tenure as a Plant Operator at Kochi Refineries Limited, where responsibilities included working with crude distillation and vacuum distillation units. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, alongside a Chemical Engineering Diploma from GPT Kalamassery and matriculation from St Josephs High School Kidangoor.
