Karim Essam El Sabaa

Karim Essam El Sabaa has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Karim started their career at New Horizons Computer Learning Center as an IT Instructor, where they delivered Microsoft Office application courses and designed customized tracks for clients. Karim then became a Senior Systems Instructor, delivering partner professional official curriculum tracks and courses such as MCSE, CCNA, and CEH Ethical Hacking. At INC Technologies, Karim worked as a Microsoft Infrastructure Implementer, deploying various products and providing technical support. Karim later moved on to become a Microsoft Senior Implementation Consultant, focusing on scoping, planning, and designing Microsoft infrastructure and messaging solutions. Karim also served as the Microsoft Implementation Consultants Team Leader, overseeing the scoping, planning, and designing of advanced Microsoft solutions. Currently, Karim is employed at Qatar Development Bank, where they have held positions as a System Administrator, Senior System Administrator, and is currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure.

Karim Essam El Sabaa completed their high school education at Gulf English School from 1984 to 1996, earning their IGCSE degree. Karim then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, Karim has obtained several certifications over the years, including ITIL Foundation, ITIL Service Operation, COBIT 5 Foundation, and various Microsoft certifications such as MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, and MCSE. Karim has also achieved certifications from EC-Council and CompTIA.
