Soud Al Boinin is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Qatar Government Communications Office and Qatar Development Bank. Currently serving in a key position at the Qatar Government Communications Office, Soud has held multiple senior roles at Qatar Development Bank, including Senior Manager of Communication and Partnerships, Head of Service Excellence & Innovation, and Quality and Service Excellence Officer. Soud's expertise encompasses marketing operations, customer service excellence, and the development of impactful marketing campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as an External Communications Specialist and Marketing Specialist at Qatar Foundation. Soud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Northwestern University in Qatar and a certification in Middle Eastern Studies, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Qatar Academy.
