Guruprasad Srinivasan has extensive experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and transformation roles. Guruprasad is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority, where they are responsible for setting up and managing the quality assurance function. Prior to this, they worked at The Saudi Investment Bank as a Team Manager - Transformation and Manager of Process Improvement. Guruprasad also worked as a Quality Consultant at Saudi Telecom Company and Contact Centers Company. In addition, they have held various managerial roles in process re-engineering and finance at Scope International and served as an Assistant Manager - Quality at Barclays. Earlier in their career, they worked at Flextronics as a Sr. Executive - Business Excellence and at Siemens Energy as a Process Expert.
Guruprasad Srinivasan obtained a B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University from 2003 to 2007. Guruprasad then pursued Business Management and completed the EPYP program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Guruprasad has obtained various certifications in areas such as journey mapping, artificial intelligence, coaching skills, digital transformation, quality management, and project management from institutions including LinkedIn, ASQ - World Headquarters, EFQM, MSME Development Institute - India, Loyola Institute of Business Administration, and DNV GL.
