Refat Jaberi

Refat Jaberi is a seasoned System Analyst and Web Developer with extensive experience in web application development and maintenance. Currently employed at Qatar Football Association since April 2006, Refat specializes in analyzing and enhancing both internet and intranet applications, including specialized registration systems and live match reporting tools. Prior to this role, Refat worked as a Web Developer and Consultant at SoftConIT and as a Web Developer at IBS, focusing on the development and maintenance of company websites.
