Zara Sikandar has a diverse work experience in project management and IT roles. Zara is currently working as an IT Project Manager at Qatar Islamic Bank since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at PureLogics from December 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, Zara held the position of Associate Project Manager at DevBatch from November 2017 to November 2018, where they were responsible for project management and coordination, risk analysis, and managing teams. Prior to their career in IT, Zara worked as a teacher at Roots Academy from 2009 to 2011.

Zara Sikandar's education history begins with their matriculation from F.G Public School Mangla Cantt, where they studied science from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, they attended Punjab College of Science and pursued a degree in Pre-Engineering from 2006 to 2008. Zara then enrolled at The University of Lahore, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Zara has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2014, they received a Certificate of Appreciation from DevBatch, followed by being recognized as the Star Employee of the Year in December 2014. Zara also achieved the "Empolyee of the Month" title at PureLogics in April 2019 and September 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in September 2020.
