Ahmed M- Aly

Ahmed M- Aly has a comprehensive work experience in the field of learning and development, monitoring, and evaluation. Ahmed M- started their career at Societe Generale in 2008, where they held the role of Training Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist until 2012. Ahmed M- then advanced to the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Specialist until 2015. Ahmed joined QNB Alahli in 2015 as a Learning and Development Team Leader - Monitoring and Budgeting. In this role, they developed implementation reports, training plans, and schedules, assess training needs, and recommended innovative training programs. Later, they became the Learning and Development Reporting and Control Manager until 2022, responsible for reporting and controlling learning and development initiatives. Currently, Ahmed serves as the Head of Learning & Development Analytics and Control at QNB Alahli, where they bring their expertise in analytics and control to enhance the organization's learning and development strategies.

From 2004 to 2007, Ahmed M- Aly attended Cairo University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Public Administration.
