David O.

David O. serves as the Group General Counsel and Head of Legal at QNB Group since December 2012. Prior experience includes a role as Director at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated in 2017, and as Investment Director and Head of Legal at Foulath Industrial Investments from 2010 to November 2012. David was a Director of Principal Investments in Industrial and Financial Services at GIC from 2006 to 2010, where involvement included board membership at Cristal Chemicals and Energia Cables in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, David worked as Associate Director in the Corporate Finance Transactions Group at HSBC from 2003 to 2006 and as a Lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP from 1997 to 2003. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin, a Solicitor qualification from the Law Society of England and Wales, and a CFA designation.
