Gianluca Testa possesses extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as Sales & Customer Service Director at Qatar Railways Company. Previous roles include Senior Manager Sales & Distribution at Qatar Rail and Regional General Manager for both Middle East & Africa and Asia and Oceania at Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. Gianluca also held the position of Trade Large Accounts Manager at Alitalia and served as President of the ICCJ - Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Early in the career, Gianluca held various sales management roles at Air One, focusing on Central and South Italy, as well as acting as Pricing & Interline Manager.
