The Human Resources team at Qatar Steel is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and development. This includes recruitment and onboarding of new staff, overseeing employee training and professional development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing strategic advice on human capital management to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. The team consists of the Human Capital Department Manager, Chief Human Capital Officer, Recruitment Director, and HR Advisor.
