Issa Al Hajri has been working at Qatar Steel Company since May 2003. As the Human Capital Department Manager and Head of Talent Planning and Recruitment, Al Hajri is responsible for all recruitment activities, establishing hiring standards, planning and monitoring the placement of Qataries, and managing the Qatarization program. With a Bachelor's degree in Administration Sciences and Economics from Qatar University, Al Hajri effectively manages budgets and costs for optimal cost management.
