Probir Das

Probir Das is an Associate Research Professor at Qatar University, with experience dating back to January 2012, and has also served as a Research Assistant Professor. Ongoing projects include the sustainable production of microalgae biomass for fish feed and a focus on algal biofuel. Prior to this role, Probir Das worked as a Scientist at the Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences from January 2010 to November 2011, specializing in biofuel research. Probir Das completed a PhD in Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2010, after obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering Technology from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology between 1998 and 2003.
