Shabbir Ahmad

Shabbir Ahmad is a Senior Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Hamad Medical Corporation since July 2019 and serves as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Qatar University. Additionally, Shabbir is an Instructor in Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar and a GMC PLAB Associate since October 2017. Previous roles include Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Glasgow, Training Program Director for Emergency Medicine in the West of Scotland, and Consultant in Emergency Medicine & Trauma at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Shabbir's extensive education includes an FRCEM from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, an MBA in International Healthcare from the University of Cumbria, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Peshawar.
