Salah Hellara

Salah Hellara is a highly experienced project manager and senior leader in the construction industry, currently serving as AREA SENIOR PROJECTS MANAGER at QatarEnergy since February 2025. Previously, Salah held the position of Senior Project Program Manager at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar from April 2021 to January 2025, and was Project Manager at Qatari Diar from April 2014 to January 2023, successfully delivering the Tozeur Desert Oasis Project. Salah's extensive background includes key roles at DESIGN CONTRACTING, ECRB SA, 2ATCI, SPRIC, and IMMOBILIERE DLES OEILLETS, where responsibilities spanned project management, design, procurement, and construction oversight. Salah holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis and several certifications in project management and quality control, including ISO standards and Primavera P6.
