Mario-Leander Reimer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mario-Leander started their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at TechDivision GmbH. In 2003, they became the Head of Software Development at ADaptions GmbH, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they also served as a Lecturer at Berufsakademie Stuttgart from 2001 to 2003. In 2008, they joined VVA Networks GmbH as the Team Lead for Publishing Solutions.
In 2009, Reimer joined QAware GmbH, where they held various roles over the years. Mario-Leander started as a Chief Technologist and served in that position until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they were promoted to Chief Software Architect. In 2021, they took on the role of Business Unit Director and Principal Software Architect until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and CTO of QAware GmbH.
Throughout their career, Reimer has showcased their expertise in software development, architecture, and leadership. Mario-Leander has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked with and continues to excel in their current role.
Mario-Leander Reimer completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University in 1998. Mario-Leander then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the same university, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they had studied Informatik at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 2003, earning a Dipl. Dipl.-Inf. (FH) degree.
