Niki Thierfelder

Niki (Nikola) Thierfelder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, Niki served as the Head of Corporate Development at QAware GmbH and as an IT Investor at Twip! Venture Studio. Prior to that, Niki was the CEO and Co-Founder of HEOS Healthtech GmbH, a digital coaching company. Before that, Niki worked as a Senior Venture Architect at mantro GmbH, where they built startups from concept to scale. Niki also co-founded Ferroso, a company that provided automated demand forecasting for metal traders and processors. Earlier in their career, Niki held positions such as Head of Strategy & Business Development at SX Group GmbH, where they were involved in project development and co-founded Triple X Arctic Lodge. Niki also worked at Jochen Schweizer GmbH, where they held various roles in business development, project management, and as an assistant to the management. Niki's previous experience also includes positions at W. L. Gore & Associates as a merchandiser and project assistant, as well as at G.R.A.L. GmbH as a project assistant. Overall, Niki's experience showcases their expertise in corporate development, venture building, digital transformation, and business management.

Niki (Nikola) Thierfelder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Messe- Kongress- & Eventmanagement from Karlshochschule International University in 2014. In 2012 and 2013, they also studied Recreation & Leisure Management at Vancouver Island University. Later, in 2016, they acquired a Master's degree in Sustainable Marketing & Leadership from Hochschule Fresenius.
