Jennifer Beran

Jennifer Beran, AIC, currently serves as Vice President of Claims & Risk Solutions Governance and Delivery at QBE North America, a position held since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and training. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Claims Quality Assurance and Compliance at QBE, leading teams focused on property and casualty insurance claims quality assurance and compliance. Jennifer's career began at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where Jennifer was the Director of Claims Compliance from October 2003 to September 2013. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
