Joe Hoskins

Joe Hoskins serves as the Vice President of People Services & Operations at QBE North America, where responsibilities include leading the operations function for the North America People function and closely collaborating with the Chief People Officer on HR strategies and priorities. Prior to this role, Joe held several positions in HR operations, including Vice President, Director of HR Systems & Operations at First Financial Bank, and Senior Director of Global HR Operations at CDK Global, where Joe oversaw various HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Joe began a career in consulting and training with roles at SAP and RWD Technologies, following educational achievements in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and Microbiology from Miami University.
