Joe Stamps

Joe Stamps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims Procurement and Litigation Management at QBE North America since March 2013, Joe focuses on optimizing internal processes and enhancing shareholder value within the North American Claims division. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at SunTrust, where oversight of the offshore supplier portfolio was a key responsibility, and Associate at Booz & Company, specializing in strategic sourcing initiatives in the financial services sector. Joe also held leadership positions at First Horizon National Corporation, implementing a vendor management program that significantly improved vendor performance and customer satisfaction. The career began at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant leading sourcing projects in various industries. Joe Stamps holds an MBA in Operations Management from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee.
