Ken Caruso

Ken Caruso is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background in managing HR functions for various organizations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at CardWorks since July 2019, Ken also holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at QBE North America, where responsibilities include leading the HR Business Partner function for a significant workforce and driving strategic initiatives.
