Rachel Pollack

Rachel Pollack is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at QBE North America since March 2023. Previously, Rachel held various senior roles at QBE Insurance from November 2015 to March 2023, including Group People Director, Global Corporate Functions, and General Manager HR - Employee Experience & Wellbeing. Prior to this, Rachel was Vice President of Human Resources & Change Management for North America at QBE North America and has held key positions in change management and organizational development at organizations such as George Weston Foods, Commonwealth Bank, and Ricoh USA, Inc. Rachel's educational qualifications include an MBA in Organisational Change & Learning from the University of Technology Sydney, participation in the Senior Leaders Program by Chief Executive Women, and completion of the GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
