Ricardo Galan

Ricardo Galan currently serves as the VP of Inclusion of Diversity and Talent Experience at QBE North America since September 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member at Modal since July 2023. Previously, Ricardo held the position of Vice President of People Analytics & Workforce Planning at QBE Insurance from December 2022 to September 2024 and served as Head of Workforce Analytics at State Farm from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Ricardo was the Director of People Analytics and Director of Predictive Modeling Analytics at USAA from October 2016 to April 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
