Tammy Julka

Tammy Julka is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in paralegal support and management. Since September 2007, Tammy has served as AVP, Senior Legal Support Manager at QBE North America, where responsibilities include guiding and managing a team of eleven paralegals and administrative staff across multiple locations, as well as conducting legal research on insurance operational and regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Tammy worked at General Casualty Insurance Companies from May 1999 to September 2007 as a Corporate Paralegal, supporting various legal matters, including corporate contracts and compliance, and managing large research projects. Tammy's earlier experience includes roles as a Receptionist/Legal Assistant at Brandau & Waltz Law Offices and a Secretary/Legal Assistant at Zacherl, O’Malley & Endejan, gaining foundational skills in family law, personal injury, and legal research. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Winona State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
