Elad Gilboa

Elad Gilboa has extensive experience in research and leadership roles. Elad is currently working as a Senior Researcher at Jether Energy Research since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Research at Qbiq starting in May 2020.

Elad's most significant position was as the CTO at Explority, where they played a crucial role in redefining customer engagement through transformative experience products. Their work involved crafting, selling, and delivering hybrid experiences on a single platform. Elad joined Explority in July 2016 and stayed with the company until the present.

Before joining Explority, Elad worked as a Senior Research Scientist at SAIPS from June 2018 to May 2020. Elad also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from October 2014 to July 2016, focusing on machine learning, hierarchical decision making, and optimization.

Elad began their career as a Team Leader and R&D Engineer at GOI in August 2004 and held the position until August 2009. Elad pursued a Ph.D. at Washington University in St. Louis from August 2009 to September 2014, while working as a Ph.D. Candidate.

Elad Gilboa completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Elad then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009. Finally, Elad earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and System Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, where they were enrolled from 2009 to 2014.
