Juan Pablo G. has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Juan Pablo began their career in 2008 as a Junior Technical Consultant at Advanced Enterprise Solutions, where they were responsible for developing and customizing software using various Oracle applications and frameworks. Juan Pablo worked on projects for clients such as Derteano & Stucker and Graña y Montero Petrolera S.

In 2010, Juan Pablo joined CCR Perú as an Analyst Programmer, automating management reports and working on new .NET projects.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Consultant Analyst at Specialists System Consulting SAC, specializing in customizations and developments using Oracle Application Framework and Oracle Forms. Juan Pablo also handled functional analysis and reporting using Oracle Reports and Oracle XML Publisher.

Juan Pablo then joined TSnet S.A. from 2012 to 2014 as a Senior Consultant, focusing on customizations and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite modules with other systems. Juan Pablo worked on projects for América Móvil S.A.

In 2014, they moved to AEX-IT (MAC CONSULTANTS SAC) as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2016. During this time, Juan Pablo gained expertise in consulting and was involved in various IT projects.

From 2016 to 2018, Juan Pablo contributed to SOLUSAGE SAC as a Senior Consultant. Juan Pablo played a key role in developing and maintaining customized modules and integrating solutions using e-Business Suite 11i and R12.

Most recently, in 2018, Juan Pablo took on the role of Principal IT Consultant at AEX-IT, where they worked until 2020. Juan Pablo provided IT consulting services and made significant contributions to the company.

In 2020, Juan Pablo joined Qbit S.A. as the Peru Operations Manager, where they are currently responsible for managing operations in Peru.

Juan Pablo G. began their education in 2003 at Universidad de Lima, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas. Juan Pablo completed this program in 2008, obtaining a Bachiller degree.

In 2015, Juan Pablo attended CIBERTEC, where they received a certification in Programación informática, certificación de proveedores/productos. The duration of this program was one year.

In addition to their formal education, Juan Pablo has obtained several certifications from Oracle. In 2016, they became an Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, followed by the Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional certification in the same year. In 2018, Juan Pablo became an Oracle Application Development Framework 11g Certified Implementation Specialist, and finally, in 2020, they obtained the Oracle Application Integration Cloud Platform Solution Engineer Specialist certification.
