Meghan Cullinan

Meghan Cullinan, MBA, is an experienced professional in business operations and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations for QBS since September 2020. Meghan oversees critical IT operations, enhances business processes through analytics, and ensures a robust IT infrastructure. Prior to this role, Meghan held various positions at Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England, including Director of Business Analytics, where responsibilities included data integrity management and developing data literacy programs, and Director of Outreach and Funded Initiatives, focusing on recruitment strategies and community engagement. Meghan's earlier roles include LTI Manager and Program Analyst at The Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center, Membership Manager, and Program and Membership Associate at Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England, as well as experience in retail management, education, and physical therapy assistance. Meghan holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island.
