Nikita Shah currently serves as a Clinical Advisor at Qbtech since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nikita worked as a Psychology Associate at Daisy Pascualvaca, Ph.D. & Associates, where responsibilities included collecting, administering, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to understand clients’ cognitive profiles. Nikita held the position of Research Coordinator at the University of Maryland, managing a research project focused on ADHD treatment in low-socioeconomic communities, and collaborated with stakeholders to communicate findings. As a Research Assistant at the Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders Institute, three research projects were managed regarding decision-making and information processing in children with varying developmental profiles. Earlier research experience also includes assisting in a study on executive functioning differences at The George Washington University. Academically, Nikita obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience from The George Washington University.
