Harikrishnan P began their work experience in 2011 at Upshot Commerce as a Systems Engineer and Back End Programmer, where they managed and maintained Linux servers for around 200 FreeBSD servers hosting e-commerce websites. In 2012, they joined Admod Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer, initially without much front-end programming experience, but eventually learning web application development in PHP using the CodeIgniter framework. From 2013 to 2014, they worked there as a Senior Software Engineer, where they learned the Yii framework and automated functionalities like newsletter sending using crons. In 2014, they joined Ezeelogin, LLC as a Software Architect, learning web application and software system design and managing a team of five people. Lastly, since 2017, they have been working at QBurst, first as a Lead Engineer, creating architectural solutions and ensuring code re-usability through wrapper classes and libraries, and currently as an Associate Principal Engineer, leading a team of six members, conducting performance/SEO testing, and enhancing performance.

Harikrishnan P has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their +2 degree in Computer Science from K.P.M.H.S.S POTHOTTA between 2005 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Google DevFest 2021, Certified Elasticsearch Developer from Admod Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2015, and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) from the University of Cambridge in 2014.
