Kavya T R has a work experience as a Lead Business Analyst at QBurst since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at QBurst from May 2022 to July 2023. Before joining QBurst, they were a Global Shaper at Global Shapers Thiruvananthapuram Hub starting from May 2020. Kavya also has previous experience as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2017 to May 2022.

Kavya T R completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram and the University of Kerala, from 2012 to 2016. Kavya then pursued a short-term course in Business Administration and Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2022. Later, from 2023 to 2024, they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon.
