Winfred Samuel

Winfred Samuel has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Winfred began their career as a Customer Support Executive at Velan Info Services in April 2015. Winfred then joined HCL Technologies in March 2016 as a Quality Specialist, where they were responsible for ensuring deliverables and meeting requirements. In February 2019, they transitioned to a Complex Cases Analyst role at athenahealth, a product-based firm, where they worked on Salesforce and Einstein Analytics to provide actionable insights and resolutions to customers. In April 2021, they joined LTIMindtree as a Module Lead and later took on the role of a Specialist in Data Engineering and Data Science. Currently, Winfred serves as a Lead Data Engineer at QBurst, starting from July 2023.

Winfred Samuel completed a Post Graduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a CCNA degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Mazenet in 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Mahendra Institute of Engineering and Technology, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Winfred has obtained a Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification from Google Cloud in June 2023, as well as a Professional Data Engineer certification from Google Cloud in January 2023. Winfred has also obtained a Certified Data Scientist certification from Great Learning, and has completed courses in Developing SQL Databases, Machine Learning, and Tableau at Great Learning.
