Ahmed Mamdouh

Ahmed Mamdouh is currently the Head of Department, Mycotoxins & Food Additives at QCAP Lab. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Imtenan Health Shop from December 2018 to April 2019 where they were responsible for wet and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products, physical testing and chemical analysis of food Packaging Material, troubleshooting and resolving operations issues, preparing and standardizing volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators, internal calibration of instruments according to work instructions, validation of the assay methods of finished products, monitoring and programing critical control points CCP, monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process, recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation, ensuring the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing, and ensuring employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.

Ahmed Mamdouh began their career as a Trainee at Research and Training Center on Vectors of Diseases in August 2017 and then moved to Natural Product Research at Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority as a Trainee in July 2017.

Their manager is Hend Abdellah, Lab Director. They are on a team with Sanaa Elsawy - Head of Department, Pesticide Residues, Abdallah Taiel - Financial & Administrative Manager, and Taher Saied Kadah - Marketing Manager.
