Mansi Chauhan

Mansi Chauhan is a Human Resources Executive at Virtual Building Studio Inc since August 2024 and a Recruitment Executive at QeCAD since July 2023. Mansi is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, maintaining a candidate database for efficient talent sourcing, and coordinating placement drives. Mansi negotiates employment terms in alignment with company policies, collaborates with managers for requirement gathering, and manages employee engagement activities, documentation, and onboarding/exiting processes. Mansi is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Welingkar Institute of Management and holds a BBA in Marketing and HR from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University.
